The Development & External Relations Office (DERO) supports the College through alumni relations, communications, annual and capital fundraising, grant and contract development, events, marketing, publications, and media endeavors.
DERO's Alumni Relations Programs aim to strengthen alumni affiliation with Bank Street across all constituencies, to provide services sought by alumni groups, and to build alumni support of Bank Street’s work.
The Communications Department presents the images, activities, and programs of Bank Street to the world in a manner consistent with its mission, and supports fundraising, admissions, and other activities through print and digital media and media relations.
Development supports the work of Bank Street by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors — both individual and institutional — capable of providing the gift and grant resources that the College needs to carry out its strategic priorities and current programs.
Government Relations is an institution-wide initiative to increase Bank Street’s capacity to educate, inform and advocate for policies and programs that promote social justice and educational equity, provide exemplary models of teaching and learning, and support children and families.
