The Helpdesk is located in Room 703 in the main building on 610 West 112th Street.

The purpose of the Helpdesk is to provide assistance to College staff and students who require information and assistance with technology services. To the extent possible, the Helpdesk will attempt to handle problems and requests over the phone, dispatching a technician to the user when resolution can not be reached.

In addition, the Helpdesk is responsible for handling account requests for new staff and student Email and Network accounts. Our Staff Account Request Form is available online. If you are a student, you can request an Email account by filling out our Student Email Request Form.  Please return the form to Room 703. Accounts typically take 1 week to be created and can be picked up by visiting the Helpdesk in Room 703. 

We also provide staff development via training workshops and online documentation. If you are interested in a training class, please contact the Helpdesk.
