Tuition Assistance Plan (TAP)

Matriculated students who are legal residents of New York State and who will be registered for at least 12 credits (or the equivalent) per academic semester are urged to apply for the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). TAP is a grant program with awards ranging from approximately $75 to $550 per year; the amount is based on the student/spouse's taxable income, as reported on the New York State tax return of the previous calendar year. Applications are automatically mailed to all New York State residents upon processing of the FAFSA.
