Library Services As an alum of Bank Street College, you are entitled to Library borrowing privileges. You may check the library catalog, place holds on materials you would like, and renew items you have borrowed using the Library's online catalog. Call 212-875-4456 for more information.

Request a Transcript To order a transcript, please send a written, signed request to the following address: The Registrar's Office Bank Street College 610 West 112th Street New York, NY 10025
You must include the following information: 1. Name; any name previously used at Bank Street College 2. Current address 3. Current telephone number 4. Social Security number 5. Date of birth 6. Dates of attendance 7. The address to which the transcript is to be sent 8. Indication whether a student copy or an official copy should be sent.
If you want more than one copy, please specify in each case where the transcript is to be sent, and whether it should be a student copy or an official copy. The fee is $7 for one transcript, and $2 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. We require payment before we send out transcripts. We accept Visa or MasterCard, or checks. Requests may also be faxed to 212-875-4677 (Attn: Registrar's Office, Transcript Requests); if you fax the request, you may pay by providing Visa or MasterCard information (card number and expiration date).
