Registration

Registration is open to all children who are 3 to 4-years-old, regardless of race, color, gender, creed, national origin or disability. Applicants must meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines and live within the Bank Street Head Start catchment area. Bank Street Head Start is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with limited full day slots available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Certified Birth Certificate
Verification of Income
Immunization Health Card
Your child’s Social Security card
Proof of Address
