The Help Desk is located on the 7th Floor in Room 703 and is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The purpose of the Help Desk is to provide assistance to College staff and students who require information and assistance with technology services.
The Help Desk website provides online documentation and important computing alerts for students and staff. Please consult our How To section for answers to your most common questions.
To the extent possible, the Help Desk will attempt to handle problems and requests over the phone, dispatching a technician to the user when resolution can not be reached. Before contacting the Help Desk please make a note of the specific error code or problem so we can better troubleshoot the issue.
