If there is software not listed that you would like to use in the class, please contact the Helpdesk and we will work with you on purchasing and installation.

How can I reserve one of the Multimedia Carts?
You can order either of these carts for a class session by calling DeOndra Drumgold or filling out an AV equipment order form (available in the CIS office suite on the 7th floor).

How can I get help using the Multimedia Cart?
The machines are setup for your class or workshop 15 minutes or more prior to your class and during this time, you can work with either Deondra or Eppy to get additional assistance in working with the equipment.  If you have a problem during your class, you can call X4459.

When reserving any AV equipment, the more information you can provide on the types of resources that you need for the class, the more equipped we can be in ensuring that you receive the proper utilities for your class/workshop.

What are the policies of using this equipment?
Whenever using any computers at Bank Street, we ask for your cooperation in following College Policies and Principles.
