If there is software not listed that you would like to use in the class, please contact the Helpdesk and we will work with you on purchasing and installation.

How can I reserve the lab for a class?
You can order either of these tools for a class session in the same way that you order a VCR set-up. Call DeOndra Drumgold or fill out an AV equipment order form (available in the CIS office suite on the 7th floor).

To reserve a resource at Bank Street North, please contact Gregory Russel at X3456.

How can I get help using the mobile labs?
The machines are setup for your class or workshop 15 minutes or more prior to your class and we recommend that you are present during this time.  During this time, you can work with either Deondra or Eppy to get additional assistance in working with the machines.  If you have a problem during your class, you can call X4459.  For Bank Street North setups, please contact X3456.

When reserving the mobile labs for classes, the more information you can provide on the types of resources (applications, additional hardware, etc) that you need for the class, the more equipped we can be in ensuring that you receive the proper utilities for your class/workshop.

What are the policies of using the lab?
We ask for your cooperation in following Bank Street's Acceptable Use Policy when using the lab.
