Not seeing what you need to in Webaccess?
If you are having problems with the webaccess display (messages not displaying, overlapping of menus, etc.), please be sure that you are using the correct browser for your computer.
PC USERS: Internet Explorer or Netscape will work fine
MAC USERS: Safari or Firefox will work fine. Internet Explorer will NOT work with Webaccess. If you are running OS9, only Netscape will work.
If you are using the correct browser and still having a problem, please be sure to install the latest Operating System Updates on your computer. If you need assistace, either contact the Helpdesk or use our on-line documenation for asstance.
