Webaccess Tips!

Below you will find some tips on how to use Webaccess. This documentation was created using a MAC, but is useful for PC users as well.

Drag and Drop
Much like working with files on your computer, you can drag and drop E-mail messages in your mailbox to specific folders, too.

Saving a draft of an E-mail
If you have the latest software updates on your computer, you should not lose a message you are composing if you are asked to relogin to your computer. You should be bought back to the message so you can continue writing and finish the message. Please contact us if this is not the case.

Using the Address Book
There are several address books within GroupWise.  When working in webaccess, the Email addresses from your "Freqent Contact" address book are automatically filled in the TO or CC field of your message to make it easier for you (NOTE: this does not work on a MAC using Safari.  It will work on a MAC with Firefox).
