| The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) seeks to develop students' ability to create positive futures for themselves by increasing their motivation and ability to complete high school and secure entry into postsecondary education or meaningful employment. LPP provides an alternative learning environment in which adolescents can experience success as learners. |
