To support our use of data to inform programmatic renewal, we will engage over 50% our contract faculty (approximately 40) in a year-long series of workshops to review the evidence we have gathered on our students, programs, graduates and their pupils. We will use this opportunity to think collectively and programmatically about our work. Forty faculty from Continuing Education, the Graduate School, School for Children, and Institutional Advancement are participating in this institution-wide effort.
Through this process we expect to enhance our understanding of our teacher preparation practices and their impact on our candidates, graduates, and their pupils. This, in turn, will help us work together to strengthen our various programs and pathways in the preparation of teachers
