We are designing and implementing entry and exit surveys for our candidates and a graduate survey for our alums. These surveys are part of our long-range plan for collecting and using information for program renewal. In the fall of 2004 we initiated our first comprehensive survey of graduates in recent history. This survey has now become an annualized data collection tool for the College. We have learned much from this online survey of graduates, which explores multiple aspects of candidates≠ preparation and their current practices and employment experiences. In the fall of 2005 we began to survey incoming candidates to help us better serve and prepare them. We plan to design and implement an exit survey for graduating candidates in the near future.
