Bank Street Online Summer 2010

BankStreetOnline offers non-credit online learning opportunities throughout the year. Our intended audience is parents and other caregivers, teachers, and educators. Our purpose is to expand and enhance knowledge of children and some of the crucial aspects of early, elementary, and middle school childhood education. These innovative workshops/courses offer essential information on, and practical access to, the latest educational developments and research discoveries about how children learn.

At once collaborative and creative, these workshops/courses take participants on an easy-to-follow progression into learning by combining the latest technologies: multimedia, social networking, wikis, forums, blogs, and other web-based tools. By so doing, the workshops/courses inform those who wish to gain more in-depth knowledge about children and how they learn.
