Charlotte Wells is the media and communications manager on the Prepared To Teach team. She produces the Prepared To Teach monthly newsletter, manages its social media accounts, and works collaboratively on resource and media production.
She earned a BA in Psychology from Temple University where she focused on educational psychology, tutoring at the Free Library of Philadelphia and working with the Temple Infant & Child Lab studying the efficacy of early literacy programs with children in Head Start schools.
She then worked as an assistant preschool teacher at The Goddard School and most recently worked on the School System Partnerships & Programs team at the Bank Street Education Center. She is now in the process of earning her Master’s in Education from Bank Street College.
