Gretchen Mills is the Director of Communications & Engagement for Prepared To Teach. She is responsible for communications strategies and leads logistics, production, and releases for the team’s resources.
Gretchen worked in special education as an administrative coordinator in Newark, New Jersey, before completing a Master of Arts in Urban Education Policy at Brown University. There, she contributed to a breadth of projects on program evaluation, policy analysis, and national initiatives supporting arts in schools. Most recently, Gretchen worked in STEAM education as a grant writer, analyst, and manager for programs in 40+ public schools.
