Frequently Asked Questions:
How to Apply
All applications for the Family Center are due by December 1. A $65 non-refundable application fee must be submitted with your general education application for consideration. At this time, there is no application fee for special education applicants. All families are required to take a tour of the Family Center. Once you have submitted a completed application, the Family Center will contact you to schedule a tour.
What to Know Before You Apply:
- The Family Center provides care for children age 6 months to 4.9 years as calculated in September.
- The program is open from September to mid-August.
- Both full- and part-time care is available for the General Education Program (8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM three to five days per week).
- The Special Education Program is available 8:00 AM–1:30 PM five days per week.
General Education Applicants:

Qualified applicants will be scheduled for interviews in April. Families will receive notification of admission in late spring.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We also have an option for a 3:00 PM dismissal.
Can my child attend for fewer than five days?
Yes. Depending on availability, families can choose three, four, or five days a week.
What is your tuition?
Do you offer financial assistance?
My child has just been approved for an integrated program. What do I do now?
Apply to the Family Center. Once we receive your application, we will call to arrange a tour. If, based on your application, it seems that the Family Center would be a good match for you and your child, we will also arrange a play-based assessment to get to know your child better.
