The Bank Street School for Children & Parents Association invite you to attend:
Screenagers: Growing up in the Digital Age —
Free Community Film Screening & Panel Discussion
Monday, February 13th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Auditorium
"The drug-like effect of screen time on the teenage brain: Screenagers explores the complex relationship teenagers have with their screens . . . as well as the darker side, those who lose control of their digital habits, and spiral into damaging behavior." — PBS
Screenagers reveals how tech time impacts children's development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance.
Please RSVP to join us for a free screening of the film, which will be followed by a panel discussion. Movie snacks and beverages will be provided!
The subject matter of Screenagers is best-suited for adults and children 10 and older; we do not recommend that children under 7 attend. Childcare (and pizza) will be available for Bank Street students in the 4/5s and up. Please email Joanna Sly by February 8th to make childcare arrangements.
Co-Sponsored by the Bank Street School for Children and the Bank Street Parents Association
