library Bank Street's Graduate School of Education prepares professional educators for a variety of roles in schools, museums, hospitals and other educational settings. Programs lead to a Master of Science (M.S.), Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.), or the advanced Master of Education (Ed.M.), for those who already possess a related master's degree. Many programs also lead to New York State certification.

All graduate programs include three components: course work; supervised fieldwork and advisement; and an Integrative Master's Project (IMP). There are four academic terms: Fall, Spring, Summer 1, and Summer 2.
