Alexa Shore is the managing director, growth & strategy at the Bank Street Education Center, where she leads new business development and manages a portfolio of innovative projects. Before joining Bank Street, Alexa was the senior director of recruitment at Uncommon Schools—a network of 50+ charter schools in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Previously, Alexa worked at the New York City Department of Education, focused on supporting teacher teams engaged in inquiry work. Alexa holds a BA from Princeton University and an MA in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
