Rebecca Newman

Driven by the goal to connect with and support early care providers, Rebecca brings years of experience as an early childhood teacher and social worker to her role as a coach in the Guttman Center for Early Care and Education. Rebecca began her career in the early childhood field as an assistant teacher in a variety of early childhood classroom settings. After receiving her Master’s in Social Work, Rebecca worked as a social worker at an Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education site, where she gained important experience and knowledge around support services for young children. Rebecca’s experience as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant allowed her to provide support and guidance to early care providers in ACS Early Learn classrooms.
