The Bank Street Education Center offers instructional coaching to support teaching teams and leaders through a collaborative, reflective process. Using a proven coaching model—plan, co-teach, debrief—our coaches work alongside educators to implement effective practices and foster sustainable growth. All members of the teaching team are encouraged to participate in coaching visits, ensuring a unified and inclusive approach.
