Using a reflective and evidence-based process, the Education Center works with leadership teams to identify focus areas and shape future priorities.

How It Works

- Classroom Visits: In partnership with district leaders, classroom visits are conducted to observe and document instructional practices.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Interviews are held with individuals across diverse roles and sites to gather insights.
- Data Analysis: Information from multiple touchpoints is analyzed to identify trends and key findings.
- Action Planning: A detailed report highlights key findings, implications, and actionable next steps, culminating in an “Essential Question” to guide ongoing work.
