The Bank Street Education Center offers tailored fellowship cohorts designed to support leaders in advancing their organizational priorities while strengthening their leadership skills. Fellows tackle real-world challenges, reflect on their practice, and build on their strengths with personalized support from Education Center staff and insights from field experts.

How It Works

  • Application and Project Proposal: Leaders seeking transformational change submit a fellowship application, including a proposal for a job-embedded project.
  • Cohort Meetings: Groups of 10-20 fellows meet monthly to build community, explore new content, and address challenges in their work.
  • Coaching Support: Fellows receive individualized or team coaching between meetings to apply learnings to their projects and daily practice.
