Bank Street’s Learning Starts At Birth team, in collaboration with The Hunt Institute, is hosting a three-part special webinar series on strengthening our investments in the early childhood workforce. In this series, expert panelists will discuss how to support early educators through deepening expertise, increasing compensation, and establishing equitable approaches to quality. These conversations will highlight innovative ideas and practices from around the country.

This first session, titled Career Pathways: Strengthening the Expertise of the Early Childhood Workforce, will focus on strengthening the expertise of early childhood educators through credential programs that recognize the strengths of the field and are designed differently to meet the unique needs of this workforce.
