The Center for Children’s Literature is thrilled to announce its second mini-conference focusing on Latinx Children’s Literature and featuring Duncan Tonatiuh as our keynote speaker. Duncan is the recipient of the Pura Belpré and Sibert medals as well as the Jane Addams Children’s Book Award. He is the author and illustrator of: Undocumented: A Worker’s Fight (Abrams), Amalia Hernández and Mexico’s Folkloric Ballet (Abrams), The Princess and the Warrior: A Tale of Two Volcanoes (Abrams) as well as many other amazing books!
