Bank Street Giving Day 2023
Providing equitable access to education starts with you.
On Friday, April 14, Bank Street College of Education will unite for our annual #BankStreetGivingDay, a 24-hour fundraising effort to support the families, educators, and communities we serve. This year, your gift to Bank Street can go twice as far thanks to a matching gift challenge where all gifts will be matched up to $50,000. Together, we can continue our work to inspire meaningful change in the world of education.
Your support on Bank Street Giving Day will help us:
- Offer financial aid to students and aspiring educators who need it most
- Attract and retain top faculty who are experts in the field and thought leaders in progressive education
- Enrich our facilities so that students can access the latest technology and other resources for meaningful learning
Your contribution—big or small—fuels our shared vision of a future of growth, inclusivity, and action in the world.
Today and always, we are deeply grateful for your support.

TranscriptTranscript I love Bank Street. Bank Street has taught me to stand up for what you believe in. The progressive education is amazing and I learned it’s important for everyone to have a voice. I get to implement everything I learned in Graduate School within the classroom. This place is an intellectual hotbed of learning. This place just keeps taking care of you forever and ever. Were a school that is never just satisfied but always striving for more. The kids are excited to come to school, so for me, I enjoy it as much as the kids enjoy it. I’m thankful for Bank Street for making me feel like myself; it just feels like a family. I’m thankful that Bank Street helps us all learn; I like that, that’s a good one. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you. Thank you.
